NC Forged Limited Warranty

NC FORGED limited warranty states that wheels manufactured by NC FORGED will be free from structural failure under normal and intended use as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. NC FORGED further warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured by NC FORGED will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from retail purchase. Chrome plated aluminum wheels have a one-year warranty against chrome peeling.

NC FORGED'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER this warranty shall be to repair or replace at NC FORGED'S sole discretion without charge, any NC FORGED product that conforms to this warranty and is returned, with a copy of the original sales receipt or other satisfactory evidence of date of purchase, to the dealer from whom the product was originally purchased. Such repair or replacement shall not include removal,  installation, or shipping charges.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NC FORGED HAVE ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty is not applicable to NC FORGED products if:

A. Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
B. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions.
C. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of racing applications.
D. Damage os Structural failure occurs as a result of exceeding load rating for vehicle applicaions.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY GIVEN BY NC FORGED AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so one or more of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any NC FORGED products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than NC FORGED shall be binding upon NC FORGED. NC FORGED wheels are not designed to be mounted with any accessories or adapters, etc., other than those supplied and or approved by NC FORGED and damage caused by any such other accessories or adapters is not covered by this warranty.

IMPORTANT

All warranty returns will be reviewed by NC FORGED. If returned products are found not to be subject to warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense.
All NC Forged Wheel orders are custom made, non returnable and can not be cancelled under any circumstances
